What should you do if Maelys products cause an allergic reaction?

I tried a Maelys cream for the first time, and my skin wasn’t having it red and itchy all over. I got in touch with maelys customer support, and they helped me figure out which ingredient I might be sensitive to. They even offered a refund. Gotta admit, they handled it well, but I’ll definitely do a patch test next time before diving in with a new product.
