Hey everyone, I’ve been working on an indie game project for a while, but I feel like I’m hitting a wall. I’m trying to juggle coding, designing, and marketing all at once, and honestly, it’s becoming overwhelming. I’ve heard people mention outsourcing as a way to handle some of the workload, but I’m not sure if that’s realistic for small developers like me.
Is outsourcing worth it for indie developers? What parts of the game development process can you realistically outsource without losing creative control? Any tips or insights would be super helpful. I don’t want to bite off more than I can chew but also don’t want to slow down progress too much.
