Howdy! Knowing that Entergy is taking the necessary steps to maintain a reliable power supply gives me confidence that I can rely on them. Undoubtedly, sometimes there are some problems with them, but most often this happens due to weather conditions. However, if such a situation is reported to entergy customer service they do their best to restore the electricity supply to our households very quickly, and for this, we are always very grateful to them, and highly appreciate their hard work.
