Do you think a team should have a leader, or should everyone have equal power?

Oof, that can be a tricky question. I'm just going to pull from my own experience and say yes, a team should have a leader. Often times when everyone shares that equal footing it can hamper decision making. So I think there should be someone to make that final decision.

Actually for the first one, I believe it's the opposite. I try to focus on selflessness.

I've seen the poem. It's very good, and I think it talks about searching the unknown. Will you break under peer pressure, or find an alternative way to fit in or be happy?

Why fit in? What's the fun in that? Being different is the best way to live.

Lots of people want to be accepted. I have to admit, I do desire that. But it's not my highest priority.

Let's talk about identity.

Agree/Disagree? Why? I think that it's a bit of both. Enlightenment is from the inside, but you still have control over who you are.

I don't think YOU create yourself. It is the people around you who shape who you are. The world creates you. Besides, life has no meaning. It is based off of interpretation.

So people create you and you find that?

By people creating you, I mean family, friends and even enemies. And what do you mean by "that?"

You find the identity that people create for you, right?

That isn't what I meant. I meant you learn through your loved ones and hated ones. Family raises you, friends, mentors and enemies teach you to question that. In the end, that helps you decide what you want to be.

So you use those around you to create yourself.

See? I tell everyone! You have to USE people to be successful. You can't do anything yourself. Although not in the PBL kind of way. No, I'm talking a more indirect way of "teamwork."
