This is the most literal translation possible, with debatable parts in parentheses:

in death my soul was (put to) rest and my anger was diminish(ed)
with unborn eye(s) I saw The Thought-Of-Wrath and The Trap-Of-Power

with my face become (a) great leader I never was
wield wisdom as you wield (a) sword and bring refraining-from-violence to my conclusion-of-spirit

Here's an "official" translation:

In death my soul was rested and my rage was diminished. With unborn eyes I see the trick of wrath and the trap of power.

With my face (mask), become the great leader I never was. Wield Onikaan as you wield the sword and bring peace to the last of my spirit.

Note that "Mindol" was once thought to mean "trick" but actually means "thought", so it's used incorrectly here.
