Need help translating

Hi, I need help with two words that I cant seem to translate. 'Declared' and 'More'. I have tried using alternate words to no avail. Idealy I'd like to find a way to directly translate them as they are in a very specific sentence "..and I declared, No More." Any help is greatly appreciated.
