That's quite the challenge! Any chance you have an image handy of the original runes? A lot of runes look similar, so with the original writing we could help rule out any errors in the transcription.

Looking at what you have right now, the only dragon word in there is vur 'valor'. The rest is gibberish. Is it possible your DM used some kind of cipher to write the words (e.g. shifting the alphabet up or down or swapping out one set of letters for another)? Otherwise I'm inclined to say your DM is messing with you.
