What-if shouts

I wish on skyrim Xbox and ps3 you could make your own shouts out of three dragon words, it would be cOol and interesting, if anyone agrees or has an example that they would make share it!

I have utilized this theoretical in a novella that I am currently writing. It makes the story much more interesting! I have created a lightning breath shout, a healing shout, and I am planning on integrating what I call a kruziik thu'um, for my main character to use against a powerful foe. I would love to see this in a future TES game or even in a Skyrim mod!
