one of the banners in the Greybeards' place

when I was on the quest to negotiate a temporary treaty, where my character is suppose to sit is a banner facing me. I don't remember the exact spelling but I believe it was Lak Ba, Lak being on top and below Ba. This isn't a word as far as I can see, does anyone know what it means? did I just misspell it? I figured since I just found this site I'd try to translate some of the language throughout Skyrim, and this was the first one I found! thanks!
