Well

Welp. My project is finally ending. But some parts have to be clarified before I put it on the site.
First thing : could it work if I use subject pronoms as object pronoms ? Like, uh, "Rok" as "Him". I know it's not really good but I wanted some seal of approval eh.
Next : Does anyone know a canon way to express novelty or newness ? I sought it but ended on the ground.

First thing: Two canon pronouns have known identical nominative-accusatives, hi and nii. Modelling rok, rek and mu on these and on all nouns in the language, as you intend to do, is already the commonly accepted option.

Next: Goraan can convey novelty, if the person also happens to be young. For non-person objects, you can still construct predicatives: alok/meyz/wahl/drun maltiid vod 'arose/arrived/was made/was brought recently'. Since novelty is associated with unfamiliarity, vomindok might work too.
