Muz vs Jul

I'm currently working my way through the memrise Dovahzul course and they take a section to specify that Dov and dovahhe are not the same thing. Does that apply to muz and Jul as well?

"Jul" is mankind:  "Mankind will not survive."

"Muz" is a human:  "That man is dumb."

No. Because as I showed they have separate uses.
