I remember seeing the word "Linguist" or in the Dragon Language, it's said "Tinvaakin" in the dictionary a few months ago, but now I can't find it since the new update.

I would just like to know if that is still the word meaning linguist or not, has the word changed?

The word you want has been revised to tinvokin. The main Dictionary now only contains canon vocabulary. All other entries are under "Legacy". See here and here for explanation.
