Translation and Question

Is "Zu'u laan hi" an appropriate way to say "I love you?" The word "love" is not in the dictionary (Unless I just skipped past it 4 times).

Which brings me to my next question...Why aren't there some words in the dictionary? Is the dictionary still always being updated? Or is basically completed in the words that would be most appropriate for the language? Thanks everyone! You are all amazing and so helpful!

Thanks for your question, SnowElf. Zu'u laan hi would unfortunately not mean "I love you." It actually means "I want/request you," as in requesting someone's presence or aid.

The main dictionary contains only the ~650 words officially found in-game. Thus many common English words like "love" may not have direct translations. There are other ways of expressing this if you wish, such as hi los dii smoliin "you are my passion" or sili los hin "my soul is yours".

Alternatively, you can reference the Legacy Dictionary, which has thousands of fanmade words, including a word for love. This dictionary is no longer being updated but you can still use it if you're comfortable using unofficial words.
