Yes, in skyrim there is a shout called: Dragon aspect. I forms erethral armor around you. Mul qah div are the words, the location for the shout is where you fight Miirak. More on this subject is this site here.

I only know of Dragon aspect, it is actually pretty cool looking, and very useful.
