Does anyone know were i can find books or long essays writen complete in dovahzul? If not are there any other ways that i could practice reading dovahzul?

Hi Lizzy1, take a look through the Library, which has a collection of Dovahzul and Dovahzul-related writing.

You might also want to check out the Roleplay & Conversation section of the forums - many roleplays are in full Dovahzul, and they can make quite an interesting read.
