Aren't "dreh" and "drey" pronounced the same? How would one tell the difference

I think that "DREH" is pronounced as Dread but without the D, and the R should be rolled.

As for "DREY" I think Its pronounced like Dr-ay,  Also with a rolled R.

Adding to that, letters in Dovahzul tend to keep their pronunciations regardless of other letters around them. The only places where they change are "ay", "ah", "ei", "ey", "ng", "sh", and "th". More about that here.
