its been a week so i'm ready to change my profile picture. thing is i dont know how.

You'll need a picture that is 100x100 or smaller. If it's already somewhere on the internet, use the direct link for the image. If you have a custom image you'd like to use, upload it to an image host such as imgur.com and use the direct link from there.
