Tattoo Idea, Need Help Translating

I have this tattoo idea which is to get the phrase "Speak, if you have aught to say worth the listening" and have that on my arm. The problem is I am struggling to translate the phrase.

I have gotten to the point of "Tinvaak, fod hi piraak morah wah tinvaak balaan faal hon" but "faal" probably is not needed. "Piraak" is only there because there is not a word for "aught" and it fits the theme/feel of the phrase.

I haven't seen this question posed on the forum but I could of missed it so please let me know if it has been answered and any further help, tips and changes to this would be brilliant as well.
