Can the translator be made available for download? .2

Hello again, sorry about making a new thread, I didn't immediately find a reply option to keep the original one going. So I started this one.

Is there anywhere else to get the dictionary + translator than google play? I don't have an android and, in all honesty, I'd rather not have to look up each individual word and slowly form a sentence with it. Singular words is fine, but whole sentences? No thanks.
