Can the translator be made available for download?

I'm writing a fanfiction and, being quite obsessive-compulsive about getting as much as I can right in terms of location/ story etc... this also includes the dragon tongue. Seeing as I don't have access to the internet on a regular basis, using your site to help my translations isn't viable for the amount of time I need to use it for.

Please help me, I'm getting kinda antsy not being able to further my story with the current hinderance.
