Stuck in the Labyrinth

I am stuck fight the priest of pale and have not been able to beat it. the closet I have gotten to winning is the priest being at 1 health, and then healing when I tried to attack. I am sure that I need a silencing shout/ spell, but I don't know how I would get one of those. any help, anyone?
