Translation for �Above?�

I'm doing a run on Skyrim as if my character were the Godhead or something as an excuse to have free reign on what quests I do and whatnot, and I was hoping I could make his name "One Above All" or something in dragon tongue. "One" and "All" are in the translator, but does "Above" in this context have a meaning?
