does translators translate new words or shall i provide a translation for my word to spanish?

hi, i submited the word egnah (prefer) a few weeks ago, it was aproved, when will it be translated to spanish, do the users listed in "translator" translate words to other lenguages? it translates to spanish as preferir, i am from spain :P
