button options for language slection

the russian one is missing untill you slect a differnt one then it appers after you go to change it to a new language is that like that on pourpose or is the site in need or a patch glitch to fix it? becuas it's extreamly ANNOYING and really FUNNY becuas it likes to play peakaboo! with you when trying to find it becuas it dosen't always show up when you switch the language
