"Surely" is not in the dictionary

The word "Surely" does not appear to exist in Dovahzul. Is it a word that needs adding or can something be added to the end of "Sure" to make it "Surely"?

You could say "voth pahsu", "with confidence/assurance", but you may be able to submit a word for it.

Alternatively, the adjective pahsunaal "sure" could also be used as the adverb "surely." Tol pahsunaal ni vahzah, "that is surely not true."
