I understand exactly what you mean. I was very confused at first, but once you know how to use directions, it is easier. North/Up= Brom South/Down= Sedin West/left= Welkand East/Right= Jer ANOTHER VERY IMPORTANT THING is that once you do get by the red box (exit symbol in game), don't be surprised when you can't open it because I think you have to search all the rooms you're in to find the key to open it. In the game Skyrim, it is a little door handle/knocker that you get from the College of Winterhold, so I have no clue what it will look like or be named on this Labyrinth game.
