how to ask for the time

so for context I have a bit of an inside joke with my friends about asking what the time is.
its a little bit hard to explain.
but i want to know how to ask "What time is it?" in dragon tounge.
as there's no word for "what", and as I understand it questions in the language are structured differently than in English, im a little stuck on how you'd translate it properly
does anyone know how i would phrase this question in dragon tounge?

More drawn out: "Mindok hi (fin) tiidsesul?" (Do you know {the} time of day?)

In this case, you specify the context of time. Just asking "What is the time?" in modern languages implies what you're looking for, but might not in Dovahzul.
