Dragon to all, assuming the dragon doesn't want to kill: "Drem yol lok"

Human to all, I would suggest translating common human greetings into Dovahzul, for example: Pruzah grind (Well met) or Pruzah sul/vu/suvulaan (Good day/morning/evening).

For "name", you want to translate "My name is" , and the Dovahzul equivalents for that are "Zu'u los (name)" or "Zu'u (name)". Source: Odahviing's dialog "Zu'u Odahviing"

For asking someone what their name is, just translate "Who are you?" or "Wo los hi?" "Wo hi?"
