Numbers, does Dovahzuul just not have them?

Does Dovahzuul merely not bother with numbers? The number three for example does not appear when typed in the form of "3" or "three" when translating from English to Dovahzuul

March 10, 2020 		The only canon number is Gein (one) and its adverbial form, Ont (once).

There is a fan-made number system found here.

Q: Why aren't there more numbers?
A: Bethesda didn't include any more into The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or any otherwise official media.

Q: Why not?
A: Nobody knows for certain but them.
