The name meaning for "Thomas" is "twin", which isn't directly translatable. You use the 3-descriptive-word naming convention to describe either "twin" or an attribute about yourself that others notice about you -- that kind of naming is what the dragons do in ES:V Skyrim.

Here's ONE way to describe a twin: "Brother-like-me" (Zeymedzu'u - "zey" was introduced by an ESO in-game book) or "both-men-one" or "both-brothers-one" (Neymuzgein or Neyzeygein)
