Are Ancient Nord Ruins named in the Dragon Tongue?

In Skyrim, there are Ancient Nordic Ruins like Valenruud, or Saarthal. There are Draugr that dwell inside them who speak Dragon as well, probably living from the Great Dragon War. Are ruins like Saarthal, one of the first Nordic cities, and Valenruud named in Dragon, or from Noric myth?
