How would one say 'duck' in dragon tongue?

Like a waterfowl kind of duck.

That's too specific for the scope of Canon Dovahzul. In this case I would recommend you use the non-canon "aand" (check out the Legacy dictionary section of this site. Those were words meant some time ago to extend Dovahzul vocabulary), or just describe it as "an animal with wings that lives from a river" (gets nutrition from the river, as they're waterfowl). Some examples of this include:
Raan do viing tol kip nol rath
Raanseviing do rath
Rath-raanseviing

"Duck" is Germanic description for a "diving bird" and the word origin for bird is "flyer", so I think raanseviing is a good description for bird in that case.

Of course those all require further explanation in the context of where you're using "duck", so it's ultimately up to you.
