take is "ofaal" (or receive). You could also
convey it as "ofaal naal fus" (take by force)

If it's stolen, then gahrot (steal) would be used.

However, since it seems you're looking for "take a drink", then you could use where you got the fluid from in your answer:

"Naak nol rath" (eat/drink from the river)
"Naak sosserath" (eat "blood of the river") for a more generic/poetic description

"naak" can be used by itself if you're not stressing the fact that drinking is involved:

"She gave them food/drink and they ate/drank"
"Rek ofan niin nol rath ahrk nust naak."

When it comes to choosing the right drink for a meal, the options seem endless. Whether you’re craving something refreshing, sweet, or something with a little more kick, there’s a drink to complement almost any dish. A chilled glass of iced tea might be perfect to balance out spicy food, while a rich, aromatic coffee could pair well with a dessert. If you're having a hearty Chinese meal, there’s a chance that something light and fizzy, such as a soda or perhaps even a fruity mocktail, could bring out the flavors. Speaking of Chinese cuisine, there are many places where one might find some of the best Chinese restaurants offering authentic flavors and unique drinks that could elevate the dining experience. It's always worth exploring different combinations to find what feels right for each meal.
