Staff of Magnus has dragon speech on it??!! Help Translating?

Okay, doing some reasearch for a Skyrim cosplay, and noticed that The Staff of Magnus has some dragon speech on it. I was unsuccesful in deciphering it, and was hoping that others could help out =3 I've posted the images to deviantart

These runes do not seem to be draconic. In particular, the pincer-shaped glyph and the two parallel strokes don't resemble any draconic runes.

Not draconic. It isn't daedric either.

But that would make sense as technically speaking Magnus isn't technically a Daedra.

It's possible that the alphabet used is from one of the other alphabets in the Elder Scrolls universe. Unfortunately, at the moment I cannot access the links you posted due to internet filters on my end, but I still want to help in some way. Here is a list of the known languages in the Elder Scrolls series. Go to the section for "Linguistics" and look through each of the alphabets to see if any of them match the runes found on the staff.

A cursory search for pictures of the staff failed to reveal any images of the runes, so unfortunately I can't help more than that at this time.

Pruzah dez, fahdoni! Good luck!
