Dovahkiin in Dovahzul but splet top to bottom

I want to get a tattoo and the back of my neck running vertical down my spine, But I want to make sure it would still make sense if it was written that way. I know English isnt written like that but we still understand it eg:

Obviously saying 'Dovahkiin' in Dovahzul though
