Liis I think It can be used say if a person choses to become the role of dragon if I allow them to then it is mandatory to use Dovahzul, and if in casual speech people will use Dovahzul. |

Also if There is court to be made to judge those who break the law. if you are a judge, attorney, Defendant, etc it will be mandatory to speak in Dovahzul. Thanks, Azaal

"If a group will be separated for a long time, consider starting a separate RP."
