"Why are you doing this?" gasped the husband. The wife cried in the corner.

"I'm not letting anyone die today."

I knock him unconcious.

"Wow," awed Aksel. He stared at the vigilante.

I see Aksel.

"I'm letting you go for today, but I'm still coming for you since you stole."

"Look, you don't understand. It's...been hard. Stealing's all I have. And c'mon, it's not as bad as this guy."

The whiterun guards come in, and I immediatly run before they see me.

Aksel quickly covered his mouth and nose, to not reveal his face to the guards.

He fought defensively, dodging most of the attacks. He had to do the whole thing with one hand. Eventually, he knocked them all out and ran away.

Aksel lied back down on his bed, thinking about the vigilante. He looked at his crystal. My village wouldn't want me to steal. The thought echoed through his head as he slept.

the next morning, I find myself in a jail cell.

One of the guards came up to talk to him.

"We need to ask you a few questions. First: name?"

I give a fake name.

"Hansel."

"Hansel. Huh. Well, we've caught you. Do you know what you did? Of course you do. Just tell me."

"I saved the life of many people. Say, this policing is quite corrupt. I only did help the innocent. I did quite vigilant, to. All I do is inforce the law, nothing more."

I see a theives guild mark showing a way out, but I show no signs of seeing it.

"You were about to murder a man. And rape his wife. 'Saving the lives of people' my ass. Disgrace. Now, who's your friend? The wood elf?"
