Draconus was at a library in cyrodil browsing through the library, he walked up to the librarian "Excuse me ma'am, do you happen to have any tomes on lightning spells?" The librarian looked at him and pointed him in the direction "Thank you" Draconus walked to the bookshelf and pulled out the tomes Types of  Lightning and Dark lightnings, He walked to one of the tables and started to read.

Paalus knocked on the door. "Kaarthar! It's me, Paalus."

The Legate walks into the same room as Yol, breathing heavily and wiping some sweat off of his forehead after he removes his helmet.

"Sorry I was late, High Chief Makor. I was training the men on how to properly fight the Axe Swingers." He chuckles to himself for a moment.

"They're actually easy to fight, since they choose to charge in all the time, you just need to dodge them and cause them to lose their balance. Surrounding them also works, but that tends to work with just about anything..."

Falin glanced at him. "I was wondering where you'd disappeared to this morning."

Tiberius glances back at her with a slight, playful smirk.

"Well, a soldier has his duties, too. Why do you think Immortals only get the toughest of fights?"

Falin chuckled slightly, returning the smirk. "Well since you finally showed up, the Silvenar asked me to give this to you." She pulled out a rolled piece of leather. It was thin, almost like paper.

He takes it from her hands, placing his helmet on a nearby desk as he examines the piece of leather. He looks up to her with a confused frown.

"Its... just a fine piece of leather. Isn't it?"

Falin raised an eyebrow. "No . . .?" She moved over to him and looked at the leather. "Huh, the enchantment didn't release." Murmuring something in Bosmeris, she touched the note. Slowly the message and seal appeared.
