So, i've got to the point where i've found kavariins tomb, i've got the wall with the snow and ashes done, where can i get karviins blade?

The blade is automatically added to your inventory when you read the inscription of Kavarin's Tomb. To clarify, it is an item that goes into your profile's hoard on the site, it doesn't appear in-game.

If you've reached the room that requires the snow and ash offerings, you've reached the technical end of the game. There are three hidden switches that will open a final chamber to Kavarin's tomb.

Noticed that nobody has written out what the ghost said. Quite the surprise. Gonna paste it here, along with my rather shoddy attempt at a translation!

A very satisfying game indeed. I did have an issue with the brightness. It became pretty hard to see, especially in really dark tunnels.
