"It isn't natural . . . It couldn't be."

We step into a room and the entrance closes behind us.

"Ummmm... This isnt good."

A growl is heard in the distance, soon we are surrounded by Kamal, Snow Demons (sorry, no picture for these guys, just use your imagination, I guess). 'Beware the Beasts . . . Beware the Frost.'

Makor draws Volendrung and charges at one of the Kamal he hits the right arm causing it to shatter, he hits it in the face as it staggers then he hits it in the face finish it.

Drawing her bow, Falin let an arrow fly. It struck a Kamal in the eye, causing it to stagger back.

"This is what I've been waiting for!" 

He shot an arrow at the ground, making it explode and knocking out a few Kamal. One tried to jump him, but he used his arm blade to impale it and swing it over him.

(I thought that you were an everyday villager?  How the hell does he have any skills in combat at all?)

I run up to a Kamal with my scythe and slash, severing an arm. I make a smooth stroke of the head, and it comes off with ease.

"Good thing I sharpened my scythe."

*I draw my greatsword and poison it. I then run up to a Kamal and stab it in the heart, or so I thought. I missed the heart, but the poison did it's job and killed it.*

"That's the end of them." Makor slapped his hands together. He sheathes Volengrung continues to walk with the team.

(The Kamal aren't affected by poison, they are made of ice. But let's just ignore that for just on post.)

At last we reach the temple.

'Akatosh, I thank Thee! Thou had lessened the trials!' But something wasn't right. 'The artifact! It's missing!' I yell as I look upon the empty pedastal.

"Why are these things never where they're supposed to be?" Falin growled.
