AI in Radiology

From what I have heard, radiologists seem to be divided on AI and its usefulness. Some argue that it is useless at all, while others argue that it makes them more efficient. I believe that in the future, AI and human radiologists will be able to be much more efficient together. I think this will become common practice.

One can argue about AI in medicine, especially in radiology, for a long time. Personally, I am sure that in the future, AI and a human radiologist will be able to work as a team, not as competitors. For example, Generative AI can speed up image analysis, as well as find and offer new solutions that will improve diagnostics, making it faster and more accurate.

AI will definitely not replace radiologists, but I think they will be a great team. AI can take over routine work, and radiologists can focus on complex cases and make decisions that require human expertise.
