Is Chime reliable for direct deposits and customer support?

I opened an account with chime for easy access to my funds, but my experience hasn’t been ideal. I faced unexpected account freezes and was not impressed by the customer support. What seemed like a simple, user-friendly option turned out to be quite a hassle.
