I've been looking at some of the new words added by ESO and so far it seems like some of it is quite good and follows the original logic and some of it is a terrible mess. (As is typical really)
For example, "fey" for "glade" and "voqostiid" for suprise make a lot of sense. Other things like "wiix" for trap make no sense given we already have "horvut" and "horvutah". In a similar fashion "sov" which we know to mean "spend" is being translated as "shock" suggesting they didn't check which words already had translations (in either direction).
We also see "ni" being used as a prefix which also doesn't make any sense. The sentences that use it would fit better and make more sense if you simply add a space between it and the word or in some cases used the existing prefix "vo-".
And of course we have already seen things like using "luft" for "face in combat".
Thoughts everyone?
