Hi Kandarus, word submission is a feature that is no longer available. At this time the current dictionary is for official words only, and the old dictionary that contained invented words is no longer being updated. See here for the full details.

Unfortunately this is a permanent change. We're no longer looking to expand the language, at least in the same sense as before. Our philosophy has changed over time, and now our focus has shifted back to the original language. You can read more about the reasons why here and here.
